Delivery

Once your order has been finalized, we cannot modify the delivery address, delivery method, or any details within your order, including product description, quantity, size, or color.

We exclusively deliver within the United Arab Emirates.

Should you be unavailable to accept the delivery, our delivery partner will try to redeliver up to 2 additional times. If still unsuccessful, the item will be sent back to us. In such cases, the delivery attempt is considered failed, and the shipping fee will be non-refundable.

Instore pickup

For in-store collection at our City Centre Mirdif location, choose the 'Pick Up' option at checkout.

When collecting your order in-store, ensure you have your confirmation email and a valid photo ID.
