For an exchange, ensure the item is untouched, in its original state as received, and housed in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is essential. The authenticity tag must remain unaltered. If tampered with, the item won't qualify for an exchange.

For exchanges, visit our store or send the item back via your chosen courier. We won't bear the return shipping charges.
